As noted in this article, the dilemma of the Middle East could and should have been solved long ago. Following the UN Partition plan of 1947 many people living in 'Israel' left their homes and moved into refugee camps as a temporary place until the Arab-Israeli war concluded. As Isreal was able to defend itself against the 5 Arab armies, 'temporary' became 'permanent. Even though these people could have been absorbed - easily at the time - into Jordan, Syria, Egypt and other Arab countries, they were not welcomed and a permanent UN supported welfare program began - and is still in existence today (UNRWA).
Those of the Jewish faith living in those Arab lands (many for centuries) were forced to leave and migrated to the State of Israel in the late 40s - to escape persecution and more.
Today, as populations of Israel, the surrounding countries, and 'Palestinian' refugees have grown, it is more difficult to imagine any resolution - but it must be done - at some time.
Ex iniuria non ius oritus. From the injury, no right shall spring. The Arabs attacked Israel, celebrated with sweets for one day, and now they deserve the ruin and calamity that have befallen them. No aid, no reconstruction, they can only leave or live in perpetual damnation of ruin and misery.

Well, there’s no such thing as Palestine, so how could there be such a thing as pro-Palestine?
